Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Sarah Clifford but please feel free to call me Sarah as I have a very friendly but professional manner.

 

When you visit Poulton Foot Clinic or have a home visit I treat all of my patients in a relaxed and friendly manner.

 

I am great believer in always treating anyone in the same way that I would like to be treated myself.

 

It is important that you know a little bit about me and my podiatric background as it can be difficult finding and knowing that you have a fully qualified and registered podiatrist and it's important that you feel feel confident in the care you are given.

 

I am a highly specialised podiatrist with over 23 years experience in both the NHS and private practice.

 

I graduated in 1996 at the University of Westminster with a Batchelor of Science degree in Podiatric Medicine with Local Anaesthetic and worked for 8 years in Central London in private practice and in the NHS. I spent my last 4 years in London working solely in private practice including the elite practice at H.M.S John Bell & Croydon in Marylebone.

 

In 2004 I returned to Lancashire and I spent 10 years as an advanced podiatrist at Lancashire Care NHS Trust dealing with complex biomechanics and diabetic footcare and advanced woundcare. I was also Union Representative for the Society of Chiropodists & Podiatrists.

 

Having recently moving back to my home village of Carleton it easily made sense to start my own private practice.

 

I provide quality specialist care and treatments to you and give you my years of experience and knowledge.

      

I am HCPC registered with the Health Care and Professionals Council and a member of the Society of Chiropodists.
